十年前,浙江就开始探索和实践大学生“村官”工作。1999年,慈溪、余姚和台州等地率先选聘高校毕业生到村任职。此后,全省其他市县也逐步开展这项工作。2006年起,全省开始统一部署选聘高校毕业生到村任职工作。至今,全省已累计选聘24443人,在岗20532人,占全国已选聘20万大学生“村官”的1/10。
Ten years ago, Zhejiang began to explore and practice college students “village official ” work. In 1999, Cixi, Yuyao and Taizhou took the lead in recruiting college graduates to serve in the village. Since then, other cities and counties in the province have also gradually carried out this work. Since 2006, the province has started a unified deployment of college graduates to work in the village. So far, 24,443 people have been hired in the province for a total of 20532 people, accounting for 1/10 of the 200,000 college students who have been hired in the country.
