县级电信公司实体渠道如何在新的竞争形势下应对竞争,用创新的思维去运营,从而推动渠道能力和渠道销量的快速提升,实现企业规模与效益的双提升?笔者认为,应从实体渠道队伍建设、提升实体渠道软实力入手,强化渠道的运营能力。其中,“人”是软实力提升的关键和核心。目前,实体渠道涉及的队伍主要有运营管理支撑队伍、门店经理服务队伍、代理商能人队伍、店员销售队伍,这些队伍都需要精心打造。本文笔者就实体渠道四支队伍建设提出建议。
How do entity channels of county-level telecommunications companies cope with competition in the new competitive situation and operate with innovative thinking, so as to promote the rapid increase of channel capabilities and channel sales so as to realize double promotion of the scale and efficiency of enterprises? In the author’s opinion, Construction, enhance the physical strength of physical channels start to strengthen the operational capacity of the channel. At present, the teams involved in the entity channels mainly include the operation and management support team, the store manager service team, the agent capable team, and the sales team of the sales staff.
