目的通过脂餐后血清三酰甘油水平的动态变化,探讨原发性高血压与脂餐后血脂水平的关系。方法原发性高血压患者和对照组各45例分别在空腹及脂餐后2、4、6、8h测定血清三酰甘油水平,进行动态分析。结果原发性高血压组的三酰甘油峰反应和三酰甘油曲线下面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者存在脂餐后血脂的异常升高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and postprandial lipid levels by analyzing the dynamic changes of serum triglyceride levels after the meal. Methods Forty-five patients with essential hypertension and control group were respectively measured serum triglyceride levels at fasting, 2,4,6 and 8 h after fat meal for dynamic analysis. Results The triglyceride peak response and the area under the curve of triglyceride in the essential hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is an abnormal increase of blood lipids in patients with essential hypertension.
