中草药的毒素组成十分复杂,在人体内变化多端,毒理不明,治疗成功的关键在于早期明确诊断和实施治疗。山豆根系豆科植物柔枝槐的根,即广豆根、小黄连,有清热解毒、消肿利咽之功效,煎服或磨汁服,亦可外用,超剂量使用可致中毒。本科于2016年8月收治山豆根药物中毒1例,其临床症状、影像学表现与既往文献报道一致,对山豆根中毒的临床诊断、治疗具有较大参考价值。
