西部原油管道乌鄯支干线采用“一泵到底”的输油方式,输送北疆油与哈国油两种物性差异较大的原油,对乌首站输油泵组合与管道的匹配状况造成挑战。为此,利用仿真模拟软件SPS,对乌鄯支干线管输北疆油、哈国油进行了稳态水力、热力计算。基于泵管匹配结果,绘制了乌鄯支干线输送北疆油、哈国油的压力操作谱图和温度操作谱图,给出了乌鄯支干线管输不同种类原油、不同流量下的泵组合方式、泵站调节方案,为工程实际操作提供了参考。
The crude oil in the western crude oil pipeline Wujian Branch uses the “one pump to the end” oil transportation to transport crude oil with great difference between the northern oil and the Kazakh oil, resulting in the matching of the oil pump combination and the pipeline at the Wu Shou station challenge. To this end, the simulation software SPS is used to calculate the steady-state hydraulic and thermal energy of the Beijiang Oil and Kazakhstan Oil Pipeline of Wujian Branch. Based on the results of pump tube matching, the pressure operating diagram and temperature operating diagram of oil transported from Beilian Oil and Kazakhstan Oil were drawn on Wuzha branch main line, and the pump combination of different types of crude oil and different flow rates was given. Way, pumping station adjustment program, provides a reference for the actual operation of the project.
