农业是国民经济的基础,水利是农业的命脉,农田水利是农业基础设施的主体和中心环节,农业的发展很大程度依赖于水利事业的发展。文章分析了县农田水利设施的现状,提出了加强农田水利建设的对策建议。
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture. Farmland water conservancy is the main body and center of agricultural infrastructure. The development of agriculture depends largely on the development of water conservancy. The paper analyzes the status quo of farmland water conservancy facilities in county and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen farmland water conservancy construction.
