多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,常伴有胰岛素抵抗(IR)。IR的程度与无排卵发生明显相关,且代偿性高血胰岛素刺激卵巢雄激素(T)的产生,损害颗粒细胞功能。众多研究发现二甲双胍可改善月经周期,降低胰岛素和T的循环水平,对CC抵抗妇女和高雄激素血症青少年的治疗有效。由此推测二甲双胍对卵巢甾体激素生成具有直接效应。 为探讨二甲双胍是否直接影响卵巢甾体激素的生成。标本取自非卵巢疾病的卵巢切除术,其中1例为多囊卵巢(PCO)
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorders in women of childbearing age, often accompanied by insulin resistance (IR).
