截至2009年底,我国已建油气管道的总长度达到约7.5万千米,其中天然气管道3.8万千米,原油管道2万千米,成品油管道1.7万千米。2009年我国建设的重点管道工程有中亚-中国及西气东输二线、永清-唐山-秦皇岛、涩宁兰复线等天然气管道;漠河-大庆和大庆-铁岭扩能改造、日照-东明等原油管道;兰州-郑州-长沙、苏南、鲁皖二期、珠三角二期等成品油管道。我国天然气管道已形成横跨东西、纵贯南北、连通海外的全国性网络,“西气东输、海气登陆、就近外供”的供气格局已经形成,并已在西南、环渤海、长三角、中南及西北地区形成了比较完善的区域性天然气管网;原油管道已在东北、西北、华北、华东和中部地区形成了区域性的输油管网;成品油管道在西北、西南和珠三角地区建成骨干输油管道,形成了“西油东运、北油南下”格局。未来几年将是我国油气管道建设的高峰期,天然气管道网络化程度将不断提高,地下储气库建设的步伐将进一步加快,关键设备国产化进程也将加快,技术水平正在不断提升。

China’s natural gas pipeline has formed a nationwide network that runs across both the east and the west and runs north and south and connects to the overseas. The gas supply pattern of “transmission of natural gas from the west to the east, sea gas to the outside and supply to the nearby areas” has already taken shape and has been formed in the southwest and the Bohai Sea , The Yangtze River Delta, central and southern and northwestern regions formed a relatively complete regional natural gas pipelines; crude oil pipelines in the northeast, northwest, north China, east China and the central region formed a regional pipeline network; refined oil pipelines in the northwest, southwest and beads The triangular region built backbone oil pipelines, forming a pattern of “west oil eastward transportation, north oil southward”. The next few years will be the peak period for the construction of oil and gas pipelines in our country. The degree of natural gas pipeline network will continue to increase, the pace of underground gas storage construction will be further accelerated, the localization of key equipment will also be accelerated, and the technological level is constantly improving.
