沪育5号黄瓜一代杂种,其母本是本所育成的346雌性系,生长势强,叶尖,节间长,结果率高,瓜深绿色,父本是223自交系。该一代杂种于1981年春进行了组合观察试验;1982—1983年进行了区域试验;1984—1988年进行了生产试验。与杨行黄瓜相比,生长势较强,叶较小,节间略长,结果率高,早熟抗病、丰产。适于长江中下游早熟小拱棚栽培。沪育5号黄瓜第1雌花着生于第三节左右,雌花节率为89％左右,每株平均结果7条
