以在垂直地面方向上加振动的试验球磨机为研究对象,用ANSYSWorkbench分析软件对颤振球磨机整机进行了模态分析,得到了整机前8阶的固有频率及其振型,为激振参数的选取提供了指导。得知激振频率必须避开第3~7阶的固有频率。分析结果表明,低阶频率接近于零,可以忽略;第3~7阶振型会影响球磨机的正常运动状态;第8阶振型主要是上支架产生扭曲变形,需要增加其刚度。该研究为故障诊断及结构优化提供了参考。
Taking the test ball mill with vibration in vertical direction as the research object, the modal analysis of the whole chatter ball mill was carried out with ANSYS Workbench analysis software, and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first eight stages of the whole machine were obtained. The selection provides guidance. Know that the excitation frequency must be to avoid the natural frequency of the 3rd to 7th order. The results show that the low-order frequencies are close to zero and can be neglected. The 3rd to 7th modes will affect the normal movement of the ball mill. The 8th-order modes mainly consist of torsional deformation of the upper support, which needs to increase its rigidity. This study provides a reference for fault diagnosis and structural optimization.
