随着英语新教材的出版,高中英语教师面临着诸如课堂教学如何转型,如何处理教材和教法,学生学习方式如何调整以及在新的评价体系中如何体现自己的教学水平等问题。本文根据多年的教学实践结合新课标的要求提出了树立新的教学观念、加强学习策略的指导,培养学生自主学习能力、创设良好的英语学习环境、要处理好教与学的关系、建立多元评价体系等对策。
With the publication of new English textbooks, senior English teachers are faced with problems such as how to change classroom teaching, how to handle textbooks and teaching methods, how to adjust their learning styles and how to reflect their own teaching standards in the new evaluation system. Based on years of teaching practice combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standards, this paper puts forward some suggestions to establish a new teaching concept, to strengthen the guidance of learning strategies, to develop students’ autonomous learning ability, to create a good English learning environment, to deal with the relationship between teaching and learning, and to establish a multiple evaluation System and other measures.
