文章采用文献资料研究方法,以《周易》处理问题的思维方式来探讨对武术的管理策略问题,为管理中国武术事业的工作者提供一些管理原则和方法。研究指出:武术工作者要时刻观察社会时局的动态变化,及时捕捉武术发展的契机,全面深入了解与武术相关的信息,努力提高武术科研水平,以畏惧谨慎的工作态度,将过错迅速消灭在萌芽状态,以此随时准备着迎接武术的发展良机。
This article uses the method of literature research to explore the management strategy of Wushu in the mode of thinking of dealing with the problems in the Book of Changes, and provides some management principles and methods for the workers who manage the cause of Wushu in China. The study points out that: Wushu workers should always observe the dynamic changes in the social situation, capture the opportunity for the development of Wushu in time, fully understand the information related to Wushu, and strive to improve the level of Wushu’s scientific research. With a fearful and cautious attitude, Wushu workers quickly eliminate their mistakes in Sprout state, ready to meet the development of martial arts opportunity.
