随着经济全球化的发展,改革开放的不断深化,我国的市场经济体制的深入改革,经济和社会结构发生了深刻的变化。只有把握好建筑管理体制的变革和创新,健全建筑市场的运行机制,做到高效、公平、竞争有序,才能提升建筑业的竞争力、推动行业的发展。本文主要介绍了在经济全球化的环境下,我国的建筑管理体制的现状和存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了一些创新措施。
With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up, the in-depth reform of the market economy system in our country has undergone profound changes in the economic and social structures. Only by grasping the reform and innovation of the building management system and perfecting the operation mechanism of the construction market can we enhance the competitiveness of the construction industry and promote the development of the industry with efficiency, fairness and orderly competition. This paper mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of China’s building management system under the economic globalization, and puts forward some innovative measures for the existing problems.
