众所周知,发动机的构造复杂,工作条件恶劣,维修几率高,维修难度大,维修质量返工率也较高。在修理后要使发动机动力足、油耗低、工作可靠性高,除了必要的物质条件(如配件质量)和发动机本身的先进控制方式(如从化油器供油、分电器点火发展到现在的电控喷油、点火)外,一个重要因素就是发动机机械部分的修理质量控制。笔者从事汽车维修工作已有半个世纪,本文就这个问题谈谈自己的看法,供参考。
