有计划商品经济理论象一把万能锁匙,打开了封闭的山区大门。但在解决温饱步入小康过程中,如何建立起适应需要的商业经济体制与运行机制?计划经济与市场调节相结合的关系(下称计划与市场结合关系)方面,山区学术界有过不同争论,智者见智。笔者认为,当前困扰山区流通理论的焦点之一仍然是:计划与市场的结合依据,结合点与面的选择、结合的实际操作等问题。
