目前高校毕业生的综合素质和就业适应性离社会的要求存在较大的差距,审视学生的培养过程、经济的发展以及社会用人评价标准的变化,其根源主要,大学毕业生供给与社会需求之间出现结构性错位,而这与就业者的知识和技能结构密切相关,因此,通过创新大学生的培养模式,提升大学生的就业能力和创新能力是高校需要探索的解题之道。华南理工大学基于大学生就业能力结构要素的课堂教学、课外活动和企业实习三位一体化的就业能力培养体系构建,对大学生的就业能力的培养有较好的借鉴。
