以该项目二期能源规划方案为例,对新区低碳能源规划进行了系统分析。以能源供应状况、资源条件分析、建筑负荷预测、关键技术应用案例调研等为前提,提出了6个复合式能源系统方案,进行了能源供应可靠性、节能效益、环境效益、经济效益等多方权衡比选论证,并分析了能源价格变动及政策环境影响。建议采用江水源热泵与热电联供相结合的优化能源方案。
Taking the second phase of the project as an example, a systematic analysis of low-carbon energy planning in the new district was conducted.
