目的:分析超声弹性成像对浅表软组织良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法:在2015年3月~2016年3月期间,我院采用超声弹性成像技术对32例患者,共51个浅表软组织肿块进行了检查测定,其中对弹性图的结果进行分析,并进行分级,依据分级结果将手术结果进行呈现。结果:当弹性分级为1-2级时,则一般多为良性肿块,而分级幅度在3-4级时则多为恶性肿块,其中良性肿块和恶性肿块之间的弹性分级对比,呈现为p<0.05的差异性。依据3级作为浅表软组织良恶性肿块的基础,其具有较高的敏感性和特异性。结论:将超声弹性成像技术应用于浅表软组织良恶性肿块的诊断中,其临床价值显著。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography in detecting benign and malignant tumors of superficial soft tissue. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, our hospital used ultrasound elastography to examine 32 patients with 51 superficial soft tissue masses. The results of the elastography were analyzed and graded , Based on the results of grading the surgical results presented. Results: When the grade of elasticity was grade 1-2, benign mass was usually seen, while grade 3-4 was mostly malignant mass. The elastic grading between benign masses and malignant masses was p <0.05 difference. According to grade 3 as the basis of superficial soft tissue benign and malignant tumors, it has high sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion: The application of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial soft tissue masses has significant clinical value.
