裸仁南瓜是一年生蔓性草本植物,在植物分类学上属堇菜目,葫芦科。也叫“蕃瓜”、“饭瓜”,中国南瓜。原产于亚洲南部,我国各地普遍栽培。果作蔬菜、杂粮及饲料,种子供食用或榨油,含油率45％至90％左右,也可供药用。裸仁南瓜因瓜籽无壳而得此名。该品种生育期95天。属中晚熟品种,春夏播种。它的食用价值和药用价值都远远高于普通南瓜和白籽瓜。其高产栽培技术:
