本文将等离子喷涂与激光熔覆工艺相结合 ,进行了纳米Al2 O3复合涂层的激光熔覆试验 ,分析了各工艺参数对熔覆工艺的影响 ,研究了熔覆过程中纳米陶瓷材料晶粒生长过程 ,得到了较为合理的纳米Al2 O3激光熔覆工艺。通过SEM、X射线衍射、摩擦磨损试验等手段对得到的复合涂层进行了微观组织、磨损性能等检测。结果表明 :采用优化的熔覆工艺 ,纳米Al2 O3熔覆材料的晶粒生长得到极大抑制 ,保持纳米结构 ,其在复合涂层常规材料表面与空洞间隙中紧密排列 ,极大提高了涂层质量与性能
In this paper, plasma spraying and laser cladding process are combined to carry out the laser cladding experiment of nano Al2 O3 composite coating, the influence of various process parameters on the cladding process is analyzed, and the grain growth of the nano ceramic material during the cladding process is studied Process, get a more reasonable nano Al2 O3 laser cladding process.
