At the National People’s Congress, Premier Li Keqiang announced that this year’s GDP growth target of 6.5%. Economists as usual made some comments on the new growth target. Both the media at home and abroad have focused on this issue. The 6.5% growth target is the lowest since Beijing announced its annual policy target. However, it seems to me that this may be the more realistic one in recent years. China’s economy has entered an era of post-industrialization, and the slowdown of investment growth is inevitable. Under the current global economic environment and domestic production costs, the export decline will continue. Calling a middle-aged man, running like a young man playing a bit
