目的:比较CT增强扫描与MR增强扫描两种方法对腹主动脉及分支血管的影像学评估的可行性。材料与方法:收集符合纳入条件的行腹部CT血管成像或CT增强扫描与MR增强扫描的患者。分析比较两组图像,并测量腹主动脉及分支血管管腔的直径。结果:共30例患者(男17例、女13例)。CT增强扫描与MR增强扫描图像均可以清晰显示腹主动脉及其主要的动脉分支。两种成像方法测量的腹主动脉前后径(CT,17.38 mm±2.69 mm;MR,16.96 mm±2.82 mm),腹腔干直径(CT,7.56 mm±0.96 mm;MR,7.16 mm±1.35 mm),肠系膜上动脉直径(CT,7.61 mm±1.29 mm;MR,7.17 mm±1.39 mm),右肾动脉直径(CT,5.88 mm±1.12 mm;MR,5.46 mm±1.51 mm),左肾动脉直径(CT,5.75 mm±0.82 mm;MR,5.40 mm±1.29 mm),P>0.05,其间差异均无统计学意义。相关系数:腹主动脉r=0.773,腹腔干r=0.610,肠系膜上动脉r=0.605,右肾动脉r=0.664,P=0.000,存在强相关;左肾动脉r=0.435,P=0.016,存在中等程度相关。结论:使用MR增强扫描和CT增强扫描获得的血管测量数据同样准确,两种影像学评估方法具有可比性。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the feasibility of imaging evaluation of abdominal aorta and branch vessels by comparing CT enhanced scan and MR enhanced scan. Materials and Methods: Patients who underwent inclusion CT angiography or CT contrast-enhanced and MR contrast-enhanced scans were included. Two groups of images were analyzed and compared, and the diameters of the abdominal aorta and branch vessel were measured. Results: A total of 30 patients (17 males and 13 females). Both the CT enhanced scan and MR enhanced scan images clearly show the abdominal aorta and its major arterial branches. Both anterior and posterior abdominal aorta (CT, 17.38 mm ± 2.69 mm; MR, 16.96 mm ± 2.82 mm) and celiac diameter (CT, 7.56 mm ± 0.96 mm; MR, 7.16 mm ± 1.35 mm) The diameter of the superior mesenteric artery (CT, 7.61 mm ± 1.29 mm; MR, 7.17 mm ± 1.39 mm), diameter of the right renal artery (CT, 5.88 mm ± 1.12 mm; MR, 5.46 mm ± 1.51 mm), left renal artery diameter , 5.75 mm ± 0.82 mm; MR, 5.40 mm ± 1.29 mm, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between them. The correlation coefficients were as follows: abdominal aorta r = 0.773, celiac r = 0.610, superior mesenteric artery r = 0.605, right renal artery r = 0.664, P = 0.000, Moderately relevant. CONCLUSIONS: The same data was obtained from the vascular measurements obtained with MR-enhanced and CT-enhanced scans, and the two imaging methods were comparable.
