利用经特殊培养的西澳粘滑菇菌种,人工接种在尾叶桉幼苗根部,35d后有60%的幼苗根部都长出1~2个子实体,经鉴定,该子实体为原接种菌。菌根感染率检查结果表明,有80%幼苗形成菌根。生长8个月的幼苗其平均树高比未接种苗增加52.2%,地径增加29.4%,地上及地下部分生物量(干重)分别比对照增加268%及214.3%。西澳粘滑菇不仅在华南地区桉树上可以完成菌根合成,而且对幼树生长的增产效果十分明显,是华南地区桉树的优良菌根菌。
Using specially cultivated A. maculata strains, artificial seedlings were inoculated on the roots of Eucalyptus urophylla seedlings. After 35 days, 60% of the seedlings grew 1-2 seedlings, which were identified as the original inoculum. Mycorrhizal infection rate test results showed that 80% of the seedlings formed mycorrhiza. The average tree height of seedlings grown for 8 months increased by 52.2% and 29.4% respectively compared with that of uninoculated seedlings, and the biomass (dry weight) of aerial parts and underground parts increased by 268% and 214.3% respectively compared with the control. . The sticky fungus of Western Australia can not only complete the mycorrhizal synthesis on the eucalyptus of South China, but also has the obvious effect of increasing the growth of young saplings. It is an excellent mycorrhizal fungus of the eucalyptus in South China.
