建质函[2015]141号各省、自治区住房城乡建设厅,直辖市建委(规委)及有关部门,新疆生产建设兵团建设局:经审查,批准由中国京冶工程技术有限公司等9个单位编制的《单层防水卷材屋面建筑构造(一)》等5项标准设计为国家建筑标准设计,自2015年6月1日起实施。原《应急柴油发电机组安装》(00D202—2),《集中型电源应急照明系统》(04D202—3)标准设计同时废止。附件:国家建筑标准设计名称及编号表

Of the “single-layer waterproofing membrane roof construction (a)” and other five standard design for the national building standard design, since June 1, 2015 come into operation. The original “emergency diesel generator set installation” (00D202-2), “centralized power emergency lighting system” (04D202-3) standard design also abolished.
