采用恒载荷试验法及慢应变速率试验法(SSRT)研究了渗铝304奥氏体不锈钢在沸腾42%MgCl2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能,分析了渗铝不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂机理,讨论了不同试验方法对渗铝不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性评价的影响.结果发现:1)各渗铝不锈钢在沸腾42%MgCl2溶液中的SCC敏感性评价、恒载荷试验的临界应力与SSRT的最大延伸率具有较好的一致性;2)渗铝不锈钢采用SSRT(ε=3.04×10-6s-1)的断口分析不能判断其SCC敏感性及SCC机理;3)渗铝不锈钢抗应力腐蚀开裂性能依赖于渗层变形能力.
The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of aluminized 304 austenitic stainless steel in boiling 42% MgCl2 solution was studied by constant load test and slow strain rate test (SSRT), and the stress corrosion cracking mechanism of aluminized stainless steel was analyzed. Effect of Different Test Methods on Sensitivity Evaluation of Stress Corrosion Cracking of Aluminized Stainless Steel. The results showed that: 1) The SCC sensitivity of aluminized stainless steel in boiling 42% MgCl2 solution was evaluated. The critical stress of constant load test was in good agreement with the maximum elongation of SSRT. 2) = 3.04 × 10-6s-1) fracture analysis can not judge its SCC sensitivity and SCC mechanism; 3) Aluminized stainless steel resistance to stress corrosion cracking depends on the deformation capacity of the infiltration layer.
