Chet Baker ushered in another peak of the music career. He has never endeavored to change the style of music, but the recordings left in Europe for the last decade of his life have varied styles: he and New York’s fusion sent jazz musicians to try the electric sound; recorded some soundtrack; and he He also tried the rare trio of bass, trumpets and guitars on many occasions. He accompanied the Norwegian poet Jan Erik Vold to lead the regular quartet in accompaniment of the Norwegian poet, duet with Wolf trombone Wolfgang Lacker Schmid Recording; also cooperate with several pianists in the form of duets. In 1985, “Diane” with Paul Bley was even called “The Diane Moment” by fans. In 1988 he even worked with Archie Shepp.
