氧气顶吹平炉生产当中,炉尘与炉顶寿命是个较大问题。对此,国外正试用双层氧枪,力图减少喷溅与炉尘,并提高寿命和能力。新式双层氧枪,是在同一枪体上,上、下各装一个喷头。两个枪头相距1.5米,各有φ10毫米的喷孔6个。上、下两个喷头各自单独供氧。在600吨平炉上,氧气流量分别为1500米~3/小时和2000~3米/小时。下层喷头接近熔池,起吹炼作用;上层喷头则是用来造成气幕减少炉
