The Soviet Union’s new economic policies implemented in the 1920s appeared to be an economic issue ostensibly and in fact closely related to the Bolshevik party’s policy of preserving and consolidating power and therefore had a strong political implication. This also creates its inherent contradictions. Because of this inherent contradiction, it is in the process of implementation of the difficulties, shrinking, eventually ending the fate of being canceled. Our academic circles are accustomed to reading from the perspective of the socialist road and Marxist theory and practice. They have unwittingly attached many things to their subjective imagination and raised their significance.
