精索静脉曲张(varicocele,VC)合并腹股沟斜疝的患者临床常见,此两种疾病均需手术治疗。目前腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张及腹股沟斜疝技术日益成熟。自2011年6月至2014年4月,我院为12例精索静脉曲张合并腹股沟斜疝患者实施腹膜外入路腹腔镜手术,并取得了成功,现报告如下。资料与方法一、临床资料12例患者年龄在19~45岁之间,平均(31.4±8.2)岁,VC双侧2例,左侧10例;Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级3例。腹
Patients with varicocele (VC) with inguinal hernia are clinically common and both require surgical treatment. Currently laparoscopic treatment of varicocele and inguinal hernia technology is increasingly mature. From June 2011 to April 2014, our hospital for the 12 cases of varicocele patients with inguinal hernia patients underwent laparoscopic extraperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and achieved success, are as follows.
