对大型医疗设备的管理,我们制订了“两定”和“两挂”的设备管理方法。所谓“两定”,即是对设备收入的定额管理和对维修费支出的定额管理;所谓“两挂”测是与设备操作者的奖金挂钩和与设备维修工程师的奖金挂钩。把设备的使用率和完好率用为考核医疗设备的硬性指标,要求设备使用率在每周30小时以上,设备完好率达到95%以上。
For the management of large-scale medical equipments, we have formulated the equipment management methods of “two sets” and “two hangs”. The so-called “two-fixed” is the fixed management of equipment revenue and the fixed management of maintenance expenses; the so-called “two-hung” measurement is linked with the bonus of the equipment operator and the bonus of the equipment maintenance engineer. The use rate and the good rate of the equipment are used as the hard indicators for assessing medical equipment. The equipment utilization rate is required to be over 30 hours per week, and the equipment in good condition rate is over 95%.
