目的了解孝感地区13所医院新生儿科消毒状况,找出存在的问题,提出改进措施,预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》对孝感地区13所医院新生儿科的空气、各种物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、暖箱湿化水、婴儿奶具进行现场抽样检测。结果共采样251份,合格180份,总合格率为71.7%;合格率最低的是病房空气及暖箱湿化水,为23.1%、25.0%;其次是输液泵推动按键,合格率为41.7%;门把手、浴巾、奶具监测的合格率相对较高,分别为92.3%、96.2%、92.3%;医务人员手合格率77.5%;共检出6种细菌81株,主要为枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞28株、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌17株及金黄色葡萄球菌13株、大肠埃希菌12株等,均为多药耐药菌株。结论应进一步加强新生儿病房空气、暖箱湿化水及各种物体表面的消毒管理,增强医护人员手卫生的依从性,全面提高消毒卫生质量。
Objective To understand the status of neonate pediatric disinfection in 13 hospitals in Xiaogan area and find out the existing problems and put forward the improvement measures to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods In accordance with the 2002 edition of “Technical Specifications for Sterilization”, samples of air, surfaces of various objects, hand of medical staff, disinfectant in use, moist water from incubator and baby milk apparatus were inspected in the field of neonatology in 13 hospitals in Xiaogan area. The results of a total of 251 samples, passing 180, the total pass rate of 71.7%; the lowest pass rate is the ward air and warm box humidification water, 23.1%, 25.0%; followed by the infusion pump push button, the pass rate of 41.7% ; Door handles, bath towels, milk with a relatively high pass rate monitoring, respectively 92.3%, 96.2%, 92.3%; medical staff pass rate of 77.5%; detected a total of 81 strains of 81 strains, mainly Bacillus subtilis black 28 strains of mutants, 17 coagulase-negative staphylococci and 13 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 12 strains of Escherichia coli, etc., were multidrug-resistant strains. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the disinfection management of neonatal ward air, warm humidifier water and various objects surface, enhance the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff, and improve the quality of disinfection and health.
