选用RD-YD414(Q)和SHS9700U16两种焊材在Q345E低合金钢表面进行电弧堆焊工艺试验,对堆焊层进行显微组织分析,并测试了堆焊金属的硬度以及耐磨性。结果表明:按照选定的焊接工艺参数进行堆焊试验,RD-YD414(Q)焊丝堆焊层组织为板条状马氏体+铁素体+贝氏体及碳化物,SHS9700U16焊丝堆焊层组织为莱氏体基体上分布着板条状渗碳体以及细小复杂的硼碳化物和金属间化合物。堆焊层硬度分布较均匀,RD-YD414(Q)和SHS9700U16焊丝堆焊层的平均硬度分别为41.0和63.5 HRC。SHS9700U16焊丝堆焊层的耐磨性强于RD-YD414(Q)焊丝堆焊层。
The arc welding process of Q345E low alloy steel with RD-YD414 (Q) and SHS9700U16 was selected. The microstructure of the surfacing layer was analyzed and the hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing metal were tested.
