为白色或微黄白色结晶或结晶性粉末。无臭、无味或有特异的后味。几乎不溶于水,易溶于氯仿,溶于甲醇。本品于1981年在日本上市。它对胆道具有较强的选择性松弛作用,并能促进胆汁和胰液的分泌。临床用于胆石症、胆囊炎、胰腺炎等疗效显著而安全。国内由天津中药研究所、株洲市湘江制药厂协作研制成功,并已通过了技术鉴定。
White or yellowish white crystal or crystalline powder. Odorless, odorless or specific after taste. Almost insoluble in water, soluble in chloroform, soluble in methanol. This product was listed in Japan in 1981. It has a strong selective relaxation of the biliary tract, and can promote the secretion of bile and pancreatic juice.
