On December 3, the list of those killed in the pipeline explosion at Sinopec in Qingdao was announced. An accident eventually claimed 62 lives. As a result, people in our country can not but reflect deeply on the disaster that could have been prevented or avoided. Like any major catastrophe, the causes of the oil pipeline explosion in Qingdao not only found various factors such as technology, management, institution, meteorology, hydrology and staff operation, but also all these factors combined together.
