目的下颌阻生拔除中应用微创拔牙法在和传统拔牙法的临床效果比较。方法选取66例我院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的下颌阻生齿拔除患者,分为研究组与对照组,研究组应用微创拔牙法,对照组应用传统拔牙法拔除,观察比较两组患者的拔除效果。结果研究组拔牙时间为(15.4±2.6)min,对照组为(37.5±4.8)min,差异明显(P<0.05)。研究组拔牙的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组1例发生并发症,发生率为3.03%,对照组发生并发症8例,并发症发生率为24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌阻生齿拔除应用微创拔牙法,能够有效缩短拔牙时间,减轻患者疼痛,且并发症少,值得推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive extraction and mandibular extraction in mandibular obstruction removal. Methods Sixty-six patients with mandibular impacted tooth removal from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with minimally invasive extraction and the control group with traditional extraction method. The observation and comparison Two groups of patients with the removal effect. Results The tooth extraction time was (15.4 ± 2.6) min in the study group and (37.5 ± 4.8) min in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was a complication in one case in study group, the incidence rate was 3.03%. There were 8 complications in control group, the complication rate was 24.24%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted teeth using minimally invasive extraction method, which can effectively shorten the extraction time, reduce pain, and fewer complications, it is worth promoting.
