MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of endogenous, non-coding single-stranded small RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding to the 3 ’untranslated region of the target gene mRNA. The abnormal expression of some miRNAs (miR-221/222, 146a and miR-125b, etc.) is closely related to the hormone-independent progression of prostate cancer. By analyzing the cell lines and tissues of patients with hormone-independent prostate cancer (AIPC) And abnormal expression of multiple miRNAs in serum, and to explore its specific mechanism may provide a new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical AIPC.
