冻融破坏应作为寒区水泥混凝土路面设计的重要考虑因素。该文结合室内外环境下水泥混凝土冻融试验进行路面开裂分析。试验发现,弯拉强度随冻融循环次数的增加变化敏感,不同冻融环境下水泥混凝土200次冻融循环后弯拉强度损失均高于20%。不同冻结温度试验结果显示,较低冻融次数下混凝土的弯拉强度已损失较大。通车路面开裂分析表明,冻融循环对水泥混凝土路面使用寿命影响较大,该路面6~9年便出现破坏现象。
Freeze-thaw damage should be considered as an important consideration in the design of cement concrete pavement in cold regions. This paper analyzes the cracking of pavement according to the freeze-thaw test of cement concrete indoors and outdoors. It is found that the flexural strength is sensitive to the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles. The flexural strength loss of cement concrete is higher than 20% after 200 freeze-thaw cycles under different freezing-thawing conditions. The results of different freezing temperatures show that the flexural strength of concrete under the low freeze-thaw cycles has lost a lot. Pavement cracking analysis showed that the freeze-thaw cycle has a significant impact on the service life of cement concrete pavement, the road surface will be destroyed 6 to 9 years.
