目的了解实施导生制对高职护生自主学习能力的影响,比较带教前后护生及导生的自主学习能力差异。方法采用问卷调查法对300名护生和89名导生的自主学习能力进行调查,比较导生带教前后组间自主学习能力的差别。结果护生与导生在带教后自主学习能力差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论导生制对护生自主学习能力的提高具有明显促进作用。
Objective To understand the influence of implementation guide on the ability of independent study of nursing students in higher vocational schools and to compare the differences of autonomous learning ability between nursing students and their students before and after teaching. Methods The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the ability of independent study of 300 nursing students and 89 students to compare the difference of autonomous learning ability between the two groups. Results There was significant difference in the ability of nursing students and their students after their teaching (P <0.01). Conclusion Guidance system can significantly improve the ability of nursing students to learn independently.
