内蒙古出台了一系列土地优惠政策,以满足各类保障性安居工程的建设用地需求。按照新出台的规定,内蒙古各盟市、旗县要明确土地供应计划,提前做好保障性安居工程项目储备并落实到具体地块。其中,保障房建设项目涉及新增建设用地的,要在年度土地利用计划中单列。凡是因建设用地计划不足或计划不落实影响保障房建设的地区,不得为其他房地产开发项目
Inner Mongolia introduced a series of land preferential policies to meet the needs of various types of affordable housing projects. In accordance with the newly promulgated rules, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Qi County should make clear the land supply plan and make reserves for affordable housing projects ahead of schedule and implement them in specific plots. Among them, the protection of housing construction projects involving new land for construction, to be included in the annual land use plan. Any construction projects due to lack of land or plans do not implement the impact of protection of housing construction areas, not for other real estate development projects
