职业学院的招生规模在不断地扩大,传统的管理模式、理念、方案已经不能适应当前学院教育高速发展的需要。因此,在职业学院学生管理中出现了大量的问题。新形势下,学院应该更新管理观念,以学生为主体,与时俱进,不断在管理观念上改革、创新,培养出有利于社会、国家的栋梁之材。
The enrollment of vocational colleges is constantly expanding, and the traditional management models, concepts and programs have not been able to meet the needs of the current rapid development of college education. Therefore, there are a lot of problems in the management of students in vocational colleges. Under the new situation, the college should update its management concept, take students as its main body, keep pace with the times, and constantly reform and innovate its management concept so as to cultivate the pillars for the benefit of society and the country.
