[目的]研究氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力和田间药效。[方法]采用浸渍法,测定氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的室内活性,并进行田间药效试验。[结果]氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力LC50值为0.145 mg/L,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。田间试验结果表明,药后3~10 d,在45~60 g a.i./hm2时,20%氯氟氰虫酰胺悬浮剂对棉铃虫的杀虫、保蕾和保顶防效均可达90%以上,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。[结论]氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫具有良好的室内生物活性和田间防效,可应用于防治棉铃虫。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the virulence and field efficacy of mefenamicin against cotton bollworm. [Method] The immersion method was used to determine the indoor activity of flucopyrron amide against cotton bollworm and the field efficacy test was conducted. [Result] The LC50 value of flufenamic acid to cotton bollworm was 0.145 mg / L, which was comparable to flubendiamide and chlorantraniliprole, higher than that of beta-cypermethrin. The results of field experiments showed that the insecticidal, bolting and preservative control effects of 20% flufenamic acid suspension on bollworm could reach 90% at 3 ~ 10 d and 45 ~ 60 g ai / hm2, respectively. Above, and flubendiamide, chlorantranilone considerable, higher than beta-cypermethrin. [Conclusion] Flumethoxam had good indoor biological activity and field control efficacy against Helicoverpa armigera and could be applied to control cotton bollworm.
