许多单位部门已把掌握一定的计算机知识和应用技能作为干部录用、职务晋升、职称评定、上岗资格的重要依据之一。高等职业学校近几年发展迅速,在校生人数大幅增长,将全国计算机等级考试(NCRE)考试全面引入高等职业学校大有可为。但同时也存在这样那样的问题,如果能有效地解决这些问题,就能形成良性循环,学校、学生双赢;否则,就会走入死胡同。
Many units and departments have mastered a certain degree of computer knowledge and application skills as one of the important bases for hiring cadres, promoting their positions, assessing their titles and qualifications for appointment. Higher vocational schools have been developing rapidly in recent years with a substantial increase in the number of students. The introduction of the National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) into higher vocational schools is entirely possible. But at the same time, there are such problems. If these problems can be effectively solved, a virtuous circle can be formed in which schools and students can enjoy a win-win situation; otherwise, they will go to a dead end.
