十几年的语文教学实践使我深深地体会到,小学语文教学需要我们每一位语文教育工作者去慢慢的积累,积极主动地去探索,需要一个漫长艰难的过程。所以,我一直认为作为一名语文教师,能够将我们多年的知识积累、阅历提炼融会到我们的语文教学中去,我们虽然辛苦但很快乐。为此,在语文教学的过程中,我以抓基础为起点,以培养兴趣为关键,以养成习惯为宗旨,通过不断地阅读培养学生的语文学习能力为主线,按照这些路子去从事语文教学,渐渐地,在语文教学生涯中总结出了不少的有效教学经验。下面就
More than a decade of Chinese teaching practice made me realize that primary language teaching needs every Chinese educator to slowly accumulate and actively explore. It takes a long and difficult process. Therefore, I always think that as a Chinese teacher, we can accumulate many years of our knowledge, experience and refinement into our language teaching, although we are hard but very happy. Therefore, in the process of Chinese teaching, I started with grasping the foundation, taking the cultivating of interest as the key and cultivating the habit as the main purpose.
