2号脱模机是鞍钢生产过程中大型设备之一,其中断裂零件是脱模起重机上横行主动车轮断裂破坏。1988年6月份前、后断了两次,由于生产紧张换上新轴工作,没有深入探讨原因。该断轴是3~4年前大连起重机厂设计的,此次断轴是其中断了两次之一。2号轮轴断裂频繁,动作变化繁多,受到电动机扭转力矩的反复作用下,2号主动轴间隔一周左右时间断了两次。该断轴是按原设计175吨安全销最大受力状态进行失效分析。该断轴傲了宏观断口检查和分析、化学检验、金相夹杂物分析、低倍检查,以及微观断口形态扫描电镜观察和分析。初步做受力分析和强度核算,并查找断裂的原因和提出预防措施。
