一、调整机构,焕发图书情报工作的新生力我院图书馆始建于1959年,三十多年来,图书馆工作不受重视.工作人员积极性不高,投资有限,阻碍了图书馆业务的发展.近年来,科技情报信息发展很快.我院图书馆已不能满足临床和科研的需要.1992年,院里恢复情报室,工作人员由3人增至5人,实现图书情报一体化;建立健全了各项规章制度并完善读者服务工作;加强了对图书情报工作的管理.
