为了培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,作为一名小学数学教师必须要更新自己的教育教学理念,用新的教育教学理念替代旧的传统的教育教学理念,解放学生的思维,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。在小学数学教学中,教师要把新课程教学理念和教学实际、学科特点有机的结合,在小学数学课堂教学中实施创新教育。当前,在小学数学新课标的指导下,在创新性的课堂教学中,我们必须牢固地确立以学生为中心的教育主体现,把交给学生的知识转变为培养学生能力上来,以发展学生的个性为目标促进学生的全面发展。
