本文在分析我省卷烟消费市场基本特征的基础之上, 分析我省烟草工业步入困境的主要原因。笔者认为,我省烟草工业卷烟产品的总体市场评价为 “一杂二差三低”, 即品牌杂、质量差、效益差、档次低、知名度低、市场占有率低,从而造成我省卷烟消费市场被外省烟大举挤占。其根本原因在于现行经营策略是一种泛品牌、低档次的粗放经营模式。因此,必须重新确立我省烟草工业的市场定位, 坚持集约化经营, 调整品牌结构, 创建名优品牌
Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the province’s cigarette consumer market, this article analyzes the main reasons for the tobacco industry in our province to get into difficulties.
