人体内部都有一只生物钟,它直接反映着大脑皮层机能活动的特点和规律。孩子的“生物钟”正处于调节和逐渐定型的时期,因此,为了使它正常地运转,做父母的就要重视培养孩子良好的生活习惯,并帮助建立合理的作息制度。科学的作息制度,就是合理地组织、安排孩子一天二十四小时的文化学习(包括课堂学习及家庭作业)、手工、劳动、体育课、课外活动、一日三餐、清洁卫生、休息和睡眠的时间。这样,才能使中、小学生养成良好的生活习惯,使生活和学习按规律进行,提高学习效率,达到德、智、体全面发展的目
