设计了铸件变形强化测试装置,测定了几种不同材质的铸件抗变形能力。在实验室研究数据的基础上,选定材质,在生产现场做了几种铸件取消热时效试验,结果表明,选择高Si/C比铸铁,可使一定类型铸件取消热时效。
Deformation intensification test device was designed and the deformation resistance of several castings with different materials was measured. Based on the laboratory data, the materials were selected and several kinds of castings were removed from the thermal aging test at the production site. The results show that the thermal aging of certain types of castings can be canceled by choosing high Si / C ratio cast iron.
