本文报道12例抗青光眼术后脉络膜脱离的手术治疗,其中男10例,女2例。年龄在46～68岁。施行单一巩膜切开术5例,巩膜切开合并前房形成术7例。术后随访7例,随访时间2个月～7年,效果满意。并对其诊断和手术治疗进行了讨论。
This article reports 12 cases of surgical treatment of choroidal detachment after anti-glaucoma surgery, including 10 males and 2 females. Age 46 to 68 years old. A single scleotomy in 5 cases, sclerectomy with anterior chamber formation in 7 cases. Seven patients were followed up for 2 months to 7 years with satisfactory results. And its diagnosis and surgical treatment were discussed.
